The Approach
The problem you name
is rarely the problem.
Most of us try to fix the thing on the surface. The argument, the restlessness, the habit we can't seem to break. But the surface is usually just the signal — the part you can see of something with a much deeper root.
So we go down to the root. Not to dig for what's wrong with you, and not to shame or fight what we find there. We go down to meet it — the anger, the grief, the need, the parts of you that got buried a long time ago to keep you safe or accepted.
Here's what most people are never told: what's buried isn't only wound. It's often a gift — a strength, a calling, a part of your aliveness — that got sent away for being too much. Bringing it back is how you become who you already are.
And something shifts in the meeting. The pattern that's run you from the dark, unseen, becomes something you can finally see and answer. This is the turn the whole descent is for — where life stops happening to you and starts asking something of you.
How the work goes
There's no fixed script. Your life leads. But the work tends to move through the same few turns.
We start with what's pressing on you now.
We follow it down to the root underneath it.
We meet what's been buried there — without shame, without a fight.
We work out how to integrate it, so it stops running you and starts serving you.
And we take the next real step, so the gift in it can move you forward.
Most of us were never taught how to enter this part of ourselves. We learned how to think about our problems, push through them, pray about them, or try to fix them — but not how to listen to the deeper life underneath them. Dreams, recurring patterns, strong reactions, the body, old adaptations, the parts of us we have pushed away — all of these can carry information, but it is hard to read a language no one ever taught you.
That is part of what I do. I help you slow down enough to notice what is actually happening, ask the questions that take us beneath the surface, and learn how to recognize the language of your own inner world. I am not there to tell you what it means or who you should become. We discover that together. Sometimes what we meet is painful. Sometimes it is a part of you that has been buried for years and is trying to come back to life.
Over time, the aim is not for you to become dependent on a coach. It is for you to develop your own relationship with this deeper part of yourself — to recognize its signals, trust what you are discovering, and become more able to meet your own life from the inside.
