Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dan Jung, operating as Jung Depth Coaching ("we," "us," "our"), handles information you share with us through jungdepthcoaching.com and through the coaching relationship itself. Questions: danjung.coaching@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Contact details — name and email when you book, fill out an intake, or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Intake form responses — what you choose to share about your background, goals, and what brings you to the work.
• Dream and session material — dreams, reflections, and notes shared during or between sessions.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a transaction record (amount, status, last 4 digits, billing email).
• Basic technical data — minimal request logs (IP, browser) needed to operate the site. No third-party advertising or tracking is used.

How we use it

• To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on sessions.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, intake links).
• To send the newsletter only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

Confidentiality of session content

Dreams, intake responses, and anything discussed in sessions are treated as confidential. They are not shared, sold, or used for marketing. The only exceptions are situations where disclosure is legally required (e.g., imminent risk of harm) or where you give explicit written consent.

Coaching is not psychotherapy. We are not licensed mental-health providers, and the confidentiality protections of a regulated therapeutic relationship do not apply.

How long we keep your data

• Booking and payment records: kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
• Intake and session notes: kept while you are an active client and for up to 3 years after our last session, then deleted on request or as part of routine cleanup.
• Newsletter subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers needed to run the practice:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Email infrastructure — to deliver transactional emails and the newsletter.
• Google Calendar / Google Meet — to schedule and run sessions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email danjung.coaching@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe (and within 30 days where the GDPR applies).

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to process payments. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
