Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of jungdepthcoaching.com and the coaching services offered by Dan Jung, operating as Jung Depth Coaching ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a session, purchasing a package, or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the work
Jung Depth Coaching offers Jungian-informed depth coaching and dream work. This is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for either. We do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental-health emergency, please contact a licensed clinician or emergency services in your area.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book sessions or purchase packages.
3. Booking and sessions
- Sessions take place over Google Meet unless otherwise agreed.
- Please test your connection beforehand and find a private, quiet space.
- If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.
- If we are more than 10 minutes late without notice, you may reschedule at no cost.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
- Sessions may be rescheduled by email with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeit.
- A rescheduled session that is then missed or rescheduled again with less than 24 hours' notice is also forfeit.
- Multi-session packages must be used within the validity window stated at purchase (typically 6 months for the 4-session package and the dream work series).
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund details.
5. Payment
- All prices are in USD and payable in advance, via Stripe.
- Single sessions and 4-session packages are paid in full at the time of booking.
- Depth intensives (3-month and 6-month) may be paid in full or via monthly installments. Installment plans run for the stated number of months and renew automatically until the plan completes; cancellation does not refund completed installments for sessions already delivered.
- Founding-client rates remain in effect through December 2027 for clients who book during the founding period.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information at intake.
- Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.
- Continue any prescribed medical or mental-health care alongside the work.
7. Confidentiality
We treat session content, dreams, and intake responses as confidential. See the Privacy Policy for details and the limits of confidentiality.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — writing, images, frameworks — is the property of Jung Depth Coaching and may not be republished without written permission. Materials provided during sessions are for your personal use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jung Depth Coaching's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. If we end the relationship before delivering paid sessions, any unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of Jung Depth Coaching, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
