You share what you're navigating, and I ask a few direct questions. Nothing gets decided immediately, and you don't need to have your thoughts neatly organized. Many people reach out precisely because they can't yet state plainly what is wrong.
If I am not the right person to support what you are carrying, I will tell you directly and point you toward better resources.

One-to-one depth work, held online, built around what you are actually navigating. You can start with a single session or commit to a structured series. We can determine the right container on our initial call.

One 60-minute session. Bring an immediate decision you can't get underneath, a recurring reaction, or a single dream that stayed with you. No commitment to continue.

Three 60-minute sessions, spaced according to what the work requires. One session opens a topic; three sessions give it room to move. Ideal for navigating a specific life transition or a persistent relational pattern.

Six sessions over three months, beginning with an extended first session. Includes structured reflection and dream tracking between sessions, along with direct messaging support throughout. Designed for material deep enough that a few sessions would only scratch the surface.

Four 60-minute sessions given entirely to your dreams, with a dream log I read between sessions. Working across several dreams gives us room to notice the patterns moving through them.
These founding rates are held through December 2026. After that date, rates will increase to reflect the full scope of the work.
If finances are a genuine barrier and you feel this is the work you need, please mention it during our introductory call. I am always open to discussing reasonable arrangements for the right person.
