Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the work to be sustainable for both of us. This policy is meant to be fair: you get flexibility when you need it, and the schedule stays workable for everyone.

Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled by email with at least 24 hours' notice, at no cost.
• Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeit (the session counts as used).
• A rescheduled session that is then missed or rescheduled again on short notice is also forfeit.

Cancellation before the first session

• If you cancel more than 7 days before your first scheduled session, you receive a full refund (less any non-refundable payment-processing fees, typically ~3%).
• If you cancel within 7 days of your first session, a 50% refund is available.
• Once the first session has taken place, the rules below apply.

Single sessions

Single sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If a session has not yet taken place and you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, a full refund is available.

Multi-session packages (4-session, Dream Work)

• Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after that window expire and are not refundable.
• If you stop the package partway through, you may request a refund for unused sessions at the equivalent single-session rate. (Example: you used 2 of 4 sessions; the refund is the package price minus 2 × single-session rate.)
• If the recalculated value exceeds what you paid, no further refund is due, but no additional charge is made.

Depth intensives (3-month, 6-month)

• Intensives are designed as a continuous arc. We recommend committing only when you are ready to complete the work.
• Paid in full: if you stop partway through, a refund is available for unused sessions at the equivalent single-session rate, calculated as above.
• Installment plans: you may cancel future installments at any time via the billing portal link included in your receipt. Installments already paid for sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Any unused, paid sessions are refunded at the equivalent single-session rate.

If we cancel

If Dan needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule at no cost. If a package cannot be completed because of an extended absence on our side, the unused portion is refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email danjung.coaching@gmail.com with the name on the booking, the package, and a short note about your situation. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before initiating a chargeback. Most situations can be resolved more quickly and more fairly by email.
